MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN

 

My apologies for being somewhat remiss in the update of our website, but there is a great deal happening, with one of the pending changes being our expansion into Uganda. Our efforts in Uganda date back almost 10-years, but there have been two notable developments in the past 3 years’ worth addressing here.

 

First, is the undertaking of a first-in-the-world national-scale environmental project designed to reclaim all landfills and manage 100% of all waste, including hazardous and medical waste, without landfills going forward.

 

Secondly, the establishment of a Joint Venture Investment Fund that will ultimately total $30B USD+, and will be the largest single investment fund in Uganda, that is designed to facilitate our national scale undertakings.

 

IPV’s goal is to restructure and expand our environmental and commercial footprint throughout Africa. We enthusiastically look to being a “contributor” to promoting African development at the hands of Africans, with companies like IPV investing enthusiastically in that goal. Our commercial goals will marry up to our goal for wide-ranging social accountability that will address unemployment, economic growth, education, and healthcare in a seamless, multi-vectored fashion capable of yielding Internal Rates of Return (IRR) in the 50-68% range for our investors.
