Mr. Bilfield is an experienced trial attorney with a background in taxation, corporate finance, trial and corporate law.  He has practiced law for over 40 years in the Cleveland area and has served with G-DEX Corporation® both in a development capacity and now as an executive with hands-on operational trustee experience.   Mr. Bilfield brings negotiating and litigation experience needed to secure the interests of lenders, insurers and borrowers in the transactions he is engaged in as an Operational Trustee and serves as the Managing Operational Trustee over all trustees at G-DEX Corporation®. Mr. Bilfield has a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from Ohio University, Ohio and Juris Doctor from the College of Law at Akron University, Akron, Ohio.  He is licensed in the Supreme Court of Ohio and all lower state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.
